Environmental
Drilling
Preserving
a sound environment for our future generations is a critical issue as we start
the 21st century. This concern has lead to the start of regulations requiring
investigations and monitoring aimed at environmental protection. To meet this
challenge, SJB Services prides itself on maintaining the best staff, methods,
equipment and keeping abreast of new technological developments and industry
standards to meet the challenges of today’s environmental site investigation
requirements.

Personnel
SJB’S drilling crews have received 40 hours
of safety training as required by the Occupational Health and Safety
Administration (OSHA), 29 CFR Part
1910, as well as annual eight‑hour refresher courses.
Additional health and safety capabilities include SARA supervisor
training, annual medical monitoring, multi‑media first aid and CPR
training. We employ a Corporate
Safety Officer to administer the company wide health and safety program and
medical surveillance. Our drillers
have experience in drilling using levels of EPA personal protective equipment
(Levels B, C, and D).
