SJB is a member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) and has completed satisfactory inspections by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) and the Army Corps of Engineers. 

Our technicians each maintain numerous certifications which include NICET level I through IV, ACI- Field Technician Grade I and Grade II Construction Inspector and Concrete Laboratory Technician Grades I and II.  In addition, each has been properly trained and certified for the operation of nuclear density gauges. 

Additionally, SJB also specializes in Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Asphalt Materials including: Superpave Inspection

Computer generated reports and statistical evaluation of laboratory data have placed SJB at the top of their field in providing accurate, timely data throughout project completion.  Neither designer, builder or owner can overlook quality.
